The manufacturer of your aircraft provides the warranty, replacement parts, and after-sales service. DAJI helps coordinate with the manufacturer. Ask us to confirm the warranty terms, service contact, and claim process before ordering.

The quote should list the aircraft, payload equipment, batteries, chargers, controller or ground station, accessories, and any agreed delivery or training services. Confirm what is included and what costs extra before ordering.
Can I order a sample or discuss distributor terms?
Tell us the model, destination country, and estimated order quantity. We will check sample availability, minimum order quantity, lead time, and distributor terms for that request.
